7. Item Care Instructions
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate care instructions for each item. Cleaners #1 Laundry is not responsible for damage due to incorrect or missing care labels.

8. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
